Hikari Vietnam Manufacturing and Trading Co., Ltd. is recruiting administrative staff to work in Thanh Xuan, Hanoi.
- Job descriptionDrafting documents related to HCNS
Keeping files of general company documents and private documents of HR department
Organize internal company programs and events
Procurement of office equipment, VPP to serve the company’s activities
Asset management, company car control
Monitor and make internal payments
Perform other tasks as requested by superiors
2. Candidate Requirements
Education level: Graduated from high school majoring in business administration, administration, social labor, archival records
Language skills: English is preferred (if any).
Computer skills Proficient in the use of office computers….
Experience required At least 6 months of experience.
Other requirements: Have skills to work independently, work in a team: make a work plan, interact, and assign work to team members. Careful, thoughtful, disciplined, with a high spirit of learning, responsible and proactive at work
